These affirmations were inspired by the books Healing Affirmations by George Perin and Beyond Positive Thinking by Patricia Mischel.
These affirmations are from the book Beyond Positive Thinking.
These health affirmations are my own and have been inspired by George Perin's book Healing Affirmations.
Perin believed, as do I, that healing and health affirmations are subject to the Law of Attraction.
He encouraged us to ensure that affirmations were not merely repetitious words and to understand that "Desires expressed in forceful affirmations are dynamic mind forces".
He suggested we keep this in mind while practicing the method of healing and health affirmations below:

In the past decade I have rarely been unwell.
If I do get sick (it's usually the common cold or a headache), I know I am resisting the flow of life. These ailments don't visit me nearly as often as they once did.
I have maintained a consistent body weight (previously I was 22 pounds overweight). I eat and enjoy ALL types of food.
I don't deny my body anything that it desires. I believe there is way too much guilt associated with food and eating...but that's a whole other website!
If I feel like exercising - I do. If I don't - I don't. I don't push my body beyond what it tells me it needs.
If we learn to listen to what our body is telling us, we will rarely fall ill and we will maintain our perfect body weight.
If you believe that you have to eat like a bird, or hit the gym for hours every day to have the body you want - and you're happy to do that - no problems!
However, if you're doing this and you're not happy about it, try maintaining an open channel of communication with your body to determine what it's telling you.
I truly believe the way we feel about our bodies, rather than any action we take, is the key to vitality, energy, weight maintenance and health.
